Only complaint - was told at check-in breakfast from 6-9 am - we get down there to eat at 8:35 and kitchen lady was already in process of taking care of everything .. no fruit, eggs, bread, yogurt, milk, muffins etc — she pretty much was taking everything to back room!! Was counting on good breakfast before departure that didn’t happen.

Clean rooms. Person at Front desk was very personable (Gary). Layout has sink and mirror are separate from the bathroom- which helps for multiple people getting ready in the morning.
Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful! Rooms were very clean. Could use a little updating, but over all the beds were comfortable and hotel was clean! We would definitely stay there again.
Stayed here for spring break & everything from booking to checking out was a breeze. They were VERY informative and kind! Super clean and convenient location. Breakfast was decent but could’ve been better. Only meat option was sliced deli ham (sandwich meat). You can make your own waffles with toppings, eggs, biscuits and gravy, packed oatmeal, a cereal dispenser with two different kinds, bagels muffins and yogurt. To drink they have an orange and apple juice machine along with coffee. They keep the food warm and everything looked clean. Shower water could’ve been hotter & didn’t have a microwave in room , but still an amazing stay!!Go check them out!
Gary was amazing and very helpful with the best costumer service. He even made arrangements for us to swim at their sister hotel during the pool maintenance! He made this stay wonderful
Baymont was fine. Rooms are decent and very clean. Service was nice and friendly, was wrong about something about waving the fee the first night we were there to get the room again since we checked out then had to check back in it costed us twice for the deposit. Keep this in mind from now on when you stay that it's going to charge you for your deposit again if you check out and check back in..just bc you change your mind about when you wanna leave. Try to decide before hand how many nights you want so you don't get that deposit taken out of your account double the times. Other than that Baymont had amazing free breakfast I appreciate the waffles they are so good! Thankyou for a wonderful breakfast before booting us out the door lol jk no boot out we just wasn't able to get out request to stay until 1pm approved in time unfortunately but we enjoyed our stay.
Wonderful space, room... There as a roach. The staff was amazing, the pool water was cold but the area was WARM! Loved it. Breakfast was nice. It was a welcoming area, lots of shops/food near. Will return
